Book Publishing Fort operates as a service-for-hire self-publishing support provider. We offer editorial, design, formatting, marketing, and publishing setup assistance.

Important Disclosure: We are not a traditional publisher, literary agent, or rights-acquiring entity. We do not pay advances, royalties, or acquire ownership rights in client work.

3. Service Scope & Delivery

• Project scope is defined in the selected package or custom proposal.
• Timelines vary based on manuscript length, revision rounds, and service complexity.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
• Delays caused by client inactivity or late submissions may extend timelines.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

• Upfront Billing: Projects require partial or full upfront payment.
• No Hidden Fees: All costs are disclosed prior to onboarding.
• Third-Party Costs: Platform fees, ISBNs, advertising spend, or printing are billed separately where applicable.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are handled via secure third-party gateways. We do not store full card data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients retain full ownership of all submitted materials.

• Manuscripts remain the exclusive property of the author.
• Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
• We retain no royalties, distribution rights, or resale interests.

6. Revision & Approval Policy

• Packages include defined revision rounds.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 14 business days of delivery.
• Major manuscript rewrites after production begins may incur additional fees.
• Client approval of final files constitutes acceptance of deliverables.

7. Commercial Performance Disclaimer

Book Publishing Fort makes no guarantees regarding:

• Book sales or revenue
• Amazon rankings or bestseller status
• Media coverage or reviews
• Advertising ROI

Publishing outcomes depend on market demand, genre trends, pricing strategy, and author marketing efforts.

8. Refund & Cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by project stage as outlined in our Refund Policy. Completed service phases are non-refundable.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate manuscript files and materials.
• Ensure submitted content does not infringe copyrights.
• Review proofs prior to final approval.
• Maintain communication during production.

10. Communication Consent

By submitting forms on our website, you consent to being contacted via:

11. Limitation of Liability
